In more recent times stick lengths have changed from
the conventional 36 inch to encompass a wider range
to meet the modern game. Manufacturers now tend to supply
most of their sticks in lengths 36.5”-37.5”.
We supply sticks in sizes 36” to 38” and on
request may be able to supply special lengths to order.
Wood sticks benefits from more control and feel of
the ball. Wood sticks have differing weights which can
be balanced to suit individual tastes.
The benefit of composite sticks is that they are all
uniform in weight and bow as they are made out of a
mold. They have an even weight distribution and because
they are made up of completely composite material they
are very stiff creating more power than a traditional
wood stick that tends to flex on impact, losing power.
Composite sticks tend to wear better.
